Deborah Docherty: Deborah has been working as a health therapist in many fields of health & therapy for well over 20 years. She is a trained beauty, Dr Haushka, and massage therapist (including Swedish, Ampuku, Indian head massage & Hot Stone massage), as well as Reiki and Aura Soma. Deborah offers Dr Hauschka facials and massage at Elementa and incorporates her other skills in to her treatments when it is appropriate.  

Catherine Theodorou: a qualified professional naturopath and skin care consultant who has spent many years working in the beauty industry advising males and females and all ages about how to achieve beautiful skin . She uses her naturopathic training to to diagnose and treat any health issues which may be causing the skin problems. Cathy offers skin treatments, Miessence and Antipodes facials and mineral make up application.

Dr Hauschka Facials

The Dr.Hauschka Rhythmic Treatments use a holistic approach to support the skin's inherent ability to regulate and heal itself. Lymphatic stimulation, performed by the Esthetician using fine brushes and gentle hand movements, stimulate the fluid processes in the tissues, promoting regeneration and health. The Dr.Hauschka Rhythmic Treatments are restoring, harmonising experiences. Let the stress of the day melt away in warmth and pampering.

Dr Hauschka Cleansing Facial Treatment
This 60-minute variation of the Classic Treatment focuses on stimulating circulation and awakening the inherent healing forces of the skin. Gentle exfoliation and lymph stimulation leave skin feeling fresh, clean, and renewed. 60 minutes  $95


Dr Hauschka Classic Facial Treatment
This is far more than a facial. The Dr. Hauschka Classic Facial Treatment refreshes and rejuvenates the whole body, leaving you feeling serene, centered, and positively radiant. A certified Dr. Hauschka esthetician applies techniques of rhythmic touch, lymph stimulation, aromatherapy, and gentle exfoliation, all with the help of Dr. Hauschka's pure botanical preparations. Natural Skin Booster treatment
This treatment consists of:

  • An in-depth health assessment: Through a one-on-one consultation we will discuss your skin issues and find out about the many aspects of your health - notably diet, lifestyle and mental and emotional factors, all of which can create imbalances in our systems causing general health and skin problems.
  • Skin analysis: Through physical examination we will assess general skin health.
  • Customised skin care programme: The treatment is finished by development of a customised skin care programme. This programme may include recommendations for;

Organic skincare regime and makeup application lesson
Using our top range of Miessence, Antipodes and Dr Hauschka skin care and cosmetics Deborah and Cathy will work with you to recommend the right products for your skin profile. Your therapist will then take you through a skin care regime to assist you in preparing your skin for perfect makeup application. Deb or Cathy will then show you how to apply a simple daytime or evening makeup that you can easily do at home.
