For those of you wishing to fast track your fitness, rehabilitation and weight loss goals. These sessions are individually tailored to your needs. Sessions may include core conditioning, weights, flexibility and cardiovascular work. John Docherty, our trainer may also use NLP and kinesiology techniques to help you get the most from your body.

Our personal trainer, John Docherty has worked with various Pilates and physical training methods and is an experienced and personal trainer who can help you with any fitness and rehabilitation needs you have. 
John also teaches Elementa Pilates classes.

Programme consists of six weekly 1 hour sessions ONLY  $450

Personal Training sessions casual rate:
Cost:$85 for one person or $100 for two per hour

Meet our teacher Viv Gallagher
Viv is a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. She is a fully qualified PT and Reps certified trainer. She uses all these skills, where appropriate, in her sessions. Viv has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years and is passionate about helping you to think, feel and be better than you ever thought possible.
