Optimum sports performance

Whether you are an elite athlete or embarking on your first mini triathlon, your diet and lifestyle can make a big impact on your training and recovery as well as performance on the day. We assist sportspeople with dietary advice and meal planning for training and race day to help in the areas of hydration, maximising glycogen storage for increased energy and endurance, boosting immune systems and preventing adrenal exhaustion.
This programme is tailormade for each individual, but may include:

  • Bio-Impedence Analysis to check for any metabolic imbalances that may interfere with performance and to measure body fat, muscle mass and hydration.
  • Goal setting - what do you want to achieve in your sport.
  • Diet and nutrition advice for your particular sport for training and ‘race day'.
  • Meal planning.
  • Life coaching to deal with any stops you have in reaching your sporting dreams.

We may use our BIA analysis machine as part of your health assessment and to assist us in making recommendations.

We also have an cranial osteopath and massage therapists on board to assist in managing injury and or keeping your body relaxed and injury free, as well as yoga classes for flexibility and a life coach to deal with any obstacles you have in reaching your sporting dreams.

Investment
Sports programme costs will be priced depending on the needs of the individual.
The first session will cost $95 and a programme will be designed in this session.
(We have payment options to suit all pockets.)

Your sports coach is Sheena Hendon, Elementa's nutritionist, past half iron man competitor and NLP master practitioner. She works with all ages - children and adults to Sheena has worked with athletes of all levels from beginners to elite and is passionate about having you be the best you can be.
