Sheena started her career after studying nutrition at Kings College University, London, by developing and managing a nutrition consultation business for the West London franchise of The Body Shop. Most of her career has been in the health and food industries in some capacity - working as a nutritionist in London, to promoting food- and nutrition-related products such as the ‘Five Plus A-Day' campaign in New Zealand and now back to consultation, which she adores.

JASON SANDERS

Trained in the Satyananda style of yoga as taught by Ashram Yoga in Parnell. He has pratised yoga for 17 years and got quite serious about it five years ago when he went through a stage of doing yoga for 4 hours a day (much of this was restorative and gentle), and  was amazed at the positive influence this had. "I became so much more relaxed, and lots of people noticed".
Recently he has enjoyed learning Iyengar style yoga and incorporates some of this into his classes also, as well as some Pilates which is so good at developing the "powerhouse" section of the body, the abdominals. "For me yoga is not only about challenging the body to become more flexible and strong, but is about challenging our minds to become more grounded and aware.  In this way we become more skilful and happier"
