JANE CRONIN
As an experienced Naturopath Jane believes that her relationship with the client should be to support, encourage and facilitate their road to optimum health.  She does this by listening to the client's needs and by assessing the health of the body as a whole.   Treatments encompass herbal medicine, nutrition, diet and any other lifestyle suggestions or guidance.
Jane's passion for natural medicine was sparked by achieving amazing results in her own health whilst working with a naturopath many years ago.  Having experienced such a life-change herself, Jane wants to make the benefits she enjoyed available to a wide range of people. Jane believes that naturopathy fulfils a crucial role in peoples' lives.
"Health should be viewed in the same way as looking after an expensive car.  If you have regular services to identify any small problems, it can help to prevent something more damaging and expensive later on. Having regular naturopath visits and looking at the overall health and well being of your body, mind and spirit can maximise your health.  My role as facilitator is to help you identify areas of concern and provide you with the information and tools to tackle your health challenges".
Jane has special interests in allergy issues and treatment, nutritional therapy, digestive disorders, blood sugar imbalance, stress management, cardiac health and herbal medicine.

Cranial Sacral therapist and Osteopath

BRIAN TIERNEY
Brian Tierney is a licensed Cranial Sacral therapist, Massage Therapist,  former Yoga Instructor and a psychotherapist in training.
Craniosacral work has always been a base-note to his work, providing a soothing effect to over-stimulated or traumatized nerves-this approach to the nervous system complements another approach that Brian uses: the Rolf Method of Structural Integration.
Craniosacral work softens the intensity and increases the effectiveness of the Rolf Method, which is to systematically produce dynamic freedom in the body as a whole- Brian has seen this powerful process produce miracles in his clients as barriers to physical and psychological development are surpassed.
Brian lives in West Auckland and is currently enrolled in ongoing continuing education in the fields of psychology, embryology and bodywork that keep him at the cutting edge of his profession.
At Elementa Brian will focus on Crania Sacral Therapy in the treatment of pregnant ladies, babies and children and new mums.
